13th June : Arrival Leh
On Arrival meet the representative of Max Holidays, and he will transfer you to the Hotel in Leh. Leh is the place with immense beauty, the landscapes in Leh is mesmerizing and leave the travelers awestruck with its irresistible charm. Overnight stay at Hotel in Leh.
14th June: Indus Valley Monastery Tour (80 Kms Round Trip)
Morning after breakfast visit Shey situated on a hillock 15 Kms upstream from Leh 7.5 mts high copper statue of Buddha is plated with gold is installed here, Thiksey 19 Kms from Leh spectacularly sited it is very impressive Gompas and Hemis monastery the wealthiest and well known Gompa . Return to the hotel. Overnight stay at Leh Hotel.
15th June : Leh to Uletokpo / Alchi (70 Kms / 03 to 04 hrs)
Morning drive Leh to Uleytokpo. Enroute visit Alchi monastery 70 Kms from Leh this is the only monastery which is not located on a hilltop. Enjoy your lunch and then proceed to the village of Mangyu. This village is approachable by walk from the Mangyu Bridge. Overnight at Uleytokpo camps / Alchi Resort.
16th June : Lamayuru Festival (110 Kms round trip)
Morning after breakfast enjoy the excursion to Lamayuru monastery having the appealing charm and beauty for Opening day of the festival. In the evening visit the Rizong monastery and Chulichan nunnery it is around one and a half Kms. Overnight stay at the Uleytokpo camps.
17th June : Excursion to Lamayuru (110 Kms round trip)
Breakfast at the hotel. Later spend the Full day at Lamayuru for closing day of the festival. In the evening return to Uletokpo / Alchi for dinner and overnight stay at the camp.
18th June : Uletokpo / Alchi to Leh
Morning you will be back to Leh, enroute visit Likir Gompa it commands a spectacular view and Spituk monastery around 8kms from Leh it has a collection of ancient masks, antique arms and inspiring image of Mahakaal. Evening visit Stok palace and museum which displays the fabulous costumes and jewellery. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay at Leh.
19th June : Monatery Tour of Thaktok and Chemrey (120 Kms round trip)
After breakfast leave for Thaktok Monastery it is 50 Kms east of Leh, later drive back to Leh enroute visiting Chemrey monastery. Return to the hotel for dinner. Overnight stay at hotel in Leh.
20th June : Leh – Nubra via Khardungla Pass (140 Kms/ 05-06 hrs)
Early morning proceed to Nubra Valley – The Valley of flowers is about 150 Kms north of Leh via the World Highest Motorable road (5602 Mts) Khardungla pass the view from the top is amazing. Check in at The Camps. Evening at leisure for your own activities. Overnight at the camp.
21st June : Nubra Sightseeing (100 Kms round trip)
Enjoy the delicious breakfast at the hotel later visit to the White Sand Dunes at Hundar. You can enjoy the camel ride (On Your Own). Visit Hundar and Diskit monasteries. Evening visit Samstaling Monastery and visit the Samstanling Gompa. Overnight at the Camp.
22nd June : Nubra to Leh
Morning Breakfast at the hotel then head to Leh, driving via Khardungla pass .Evening visit the markets. Overnight stay at the hotel.
23rd June : Departure
In-time Max Holidays representative will transfer you to Leh airport to board flight for Delhi.
