Day 01 : Delhi – Manali
Arrive at Delhi International airport, connect your onward flight to Kullu where our representative will meet you at the airport. From Kullu, you will be driven to Manali. Reach Manali and check into your designated hotel. Rest of the time, you are free to explore the beautiful hill station. Night stay will be at Manali.
Day 02 : In & Around Manali (80 Kms).
Today after breakfast, you have an entire day with you in which you will visit some of the famous sites to be visited in Manali. Firstly visit, Tibetan Monastery known for its carpet weaving, Hadimba Temple – it was constructed by Maharaja Bhadur Singh in 15 Century and it is dedicated to Goddess Hadimba, Manu Temple – dedicated to Rishi Manu and Manali Mountaineering Institute. Also visit Vashisht village – it is just three kms away from Manali and it is renowned for its hot sulphur springs and panoramic view of its valley. Evening at leisure. Night stay will be at Manali.
Day 03 : Manali - Jispa (approx. 158 Kms).
Early in the morning, leave Manali and get ready for your journey to Jispa. Jispa is located at the height of 10,890 feet above sea level. As we move on over Rohtang pass we will pass through greenery and trees which later on disappears into waterless landscapes. On the way, we might get few muddy tracts. Night stay will be at Jispa.
Day 04 : Jispa - Sarchu (84 Kms).
Morning, we head to Sarchu. The way to Sarchu is bit tough as we have to pass some muddy patches and water crossing. After passing Baralacha La located at a height of 4830 meter, we enter into the Zanskar ranges where we will camp for a night halt and the view from the campsite will mesmerize you.
Day 05 : Sarchu - Rumtse (173 Kms).
Early morning, we will start our journey by crossing Brandy Nallah, Gata Loops and the double Humped Pass Lachulung La located at a height of 5060 meter. Amidst a fright landscape, only small groups of nomadic Chang tribesmen live here. Later we cross Pang (4630 meter) and the more plains. To reach the world’s second highest motorable pass Tanglang La located at a height 5360 meter, we ride our bikes on a flat stretch of 48 Kms, at an average height of 4200 m. Down the other side, we will camp at Rumtse (approx. 30 Kms/4325 meter) for a night stay.
Day 06 : Rumtse - Leh Town – (78 Kms/ 3506 M).
Wake up early in the morning in the lap of the Ladakh valley and drive to Leh Town. On the way stop at places to visit two magnificent monasteries. Reach Leh and you will be greeted with Joolay. The Ladakhis are very friendly and warm welcoming. Night stay will be at Leh.
Day 07 : At leisure in Town
We have kept this day entirely free for you so that you can acclimatise at this altitude which is very necessary. Overnight stay will be at Leh.
Day 08 : Leh – Pangyong Tso (160 Kms).
Morning after breakfast, proceed to Pangyong Tso (lake of great hollowness) is almost 130 Km long and 06 to 07 Km wide, extending east to west at a height of 14000 Ft. We will ascend to the world’s third highest motorable pass Chang La over landslide prone area. We will camp in the general area around Pangyong Tso for night stay. The most challenging route on this trial is near the lake. It will test both man and machine. As soon as you cross the lake you will forget the really difficult ride. It’s definitely worth the ride.
Day 09 : Pangyong Tso – Leh (160 Kms).
Early morning, we start our journey back to Leh. In the afternoon, we will reach Leh and check into our designated hotel. Night stay will be at Leh.
Day 10 : Leh – Khardung La (5602 M) – Nubra Valley (140 Kms).
Today is a very special day as all riders come here to ride to reach the top of the World – Khardung La located at the height of 5602 meter. The trial is very smooth as we ascent it gets tougher, full of boulders and stones but that is why we all are here to face challenges which comes on the way. After a short break in Khardung La, we will proceed to Nubra valley. Reach Nubra valley and check into the respective accommodation.
Day 11 : Nubra Valley – Leh (170 Kms).
Early morning after breakfast, we will proceed on our bikes to explore the stunning Nubra valley. We will also do riding in this remote area and after that, we return back to Leh over Khardung La (the world highest motorable road). Spend the night in Leh.
Day 12 : At Leisure in Leh
Morning after breakfast, you are free for independent activities and you may explore the city, its local markets. Overnight stay will be at Leh.
Day 13 : Leh – Alchi (100 KMS/ 3150 M).
Morning, we will depart on a leisure riding towards west of Leh to see some interesting places and monasteries. Visit The Spituk monastery of the Gelukpas (Yellow Hat Sect) and Alchi Monastery. We will return crossing the bridge over the river and enroute, we will witness of some amazing view. Night stay in Leh and it is our last night in the capital of Ladaki’s.
Today, catch your flight from Leh airport towards Delhi. Arrive Delhi and proceed to Delhi International terminal to board flight to your onward destination.
